Are you available 24/7?
Yes. Water, fire, mold and storm emergencies don't wait, so we answer the phone and respond around the clock — day, night, weekends and holidays.
What kinds of damage do you handle?
Water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold, and storm and hurricane damage — for both residential and commercial property. Our scope is mitigation and restoration: extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, smoke and soot cleanup, and disinfection.
Do you do the reconstruction (rebuild) too?
We specialize in mitigation and restoration — securing, drying, cleaning and remediating the damage, done right and documented. For structural rebuilding afterward we coordinate with a licensed general contractor.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are IICRC-certified, a Florida-licensed mold remediator (MRSR5149), and fully insured. We work by the book and document everything for your insurance claim.
Do you help with insurance, and is the inspection free?
Yes to both. The inspection is free and no-obligation, and we document your loss with photos, moisture logs and a clear scope so your claim moves and gets paid. We work in English and Spanish.
